It generates liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen directly filled in tanks with purity upto 99.7% and 99.99% respectively. Manufactured in small, medium and large capacities, the liquid oxygen generating plants are employed in a host of industries such as water process, ferrous metallurgy, non-ferrous metal refinery, coal mines and pharmaceutical industry.

Air is absorbed by a multi stage air compressor and the air has to pass through the following process:
COMPRESSION OF AIR
This is performed by the multistage highly advanced air compressor.
PURIFICATION OF AIR
This is done by the PROCESS SKID.
COOLING & LIQUIFICATION OF AIR
This is carried out by a highly advanced expansion engine and also by a refrigeration unit (for 100% liquid outputs).
AIR SEPARATION (RECTIFICATION)
This is done by the special type AIR SEPARATION UNIT comprising of upper & lower column and special exchangers. The separation of air is accomplished by the CRYOGENIC PROCESS. The final product from a liquid Oxygen/Nitrogen goes to the storage tank.
